Processing techniques, maximum quality
We use two distinct preservation methods depending on the fruit and the intended end use — each delivering a different texture, shelf life, and eating experience.
Freeze drying
Water is removed at very low temperatures under vacuum, preserving the fruit's original shape, colour, nutrients, and intense flavour. The result is a light, crispy texture that dissolves on the palate — premium quality with a long shelf life of 12–24 months.
Soft drying
Gentle low-heat drying that removes moisture while keeping the fruit soft, chewy, and naturally sweet. Retains more of the original fruit texture and is popular as a snack or ingredient in baked goods and confectionery.
